Meet Our Veterinary Team in Alpine, UT

Dr. Steve Carr is the Medical Director with a background in Animal Science from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University. Growing up on a hobby farm in Oregon inspired his lifelong passion for veterinary medicine. Dr. Carr enjoys helping pets in need, with special interests in dentistry and surgery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys camping, kayaking, fishing, and horseback riding in the Utah mountains with his wife, as well as spending time with his grandchildren. He shares his home with Dusty the Border Collie, Buster the Quarter Horse, and Betsy the mule.

Dr. Corinne Winn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Brigham Young University and her Doctorate from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She is passionate about preventive care, especially wellness exams for puppies and kittens, as well as helping sick pets recover and return to happy, healthy lives. Inspired by a childhood experience where a veterinarian saved her kitten, she pursued veterinary medicine with dedication. Dr. Winn enjoys problem-solving complex cases and has a special interest in ear conditions. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and six children and enjoys reading, sewing, swimming, biking, and creative activities. Her household includes a Husky named Cory, a cat named Piggy, a betta fish named Pebbles, and an axolotl named Taquito.

Lauren is the Hospital Director with a degree in Animal Science. She brings over 12 years of experience as a veterinary technician before transitioning into leadership. Lauren is passionate about supporting her team and fostering a positive, collaborative environment that allows for the highest level of patient care. She has a strong interest in patient advocacy and ensuring every animal receives compassionate, individualized treatment. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys horseback riding, creating art, and spending time with friends and family. She shares her home with a horse named Tanzanite, two Border Collies, Jane and Levi, and four cats: Duchess, Toulouse, Ghost, and Darkness.

Danelle is a Registered Nurse and Client Service Representative dedicated to helping pets receive timely care, especially in urgent situations. She began working in veterinary medicine alongside her husband, Dr. Carr, four years ago. Danelle is passionate about supporting animals in need and ensuring they receive the care they deserve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking on the lake, and visiting the mountains. She is a proud mother of five and grandmother of four. Her pet family includes Buster the horse, Betsy the mule, and Dusty the Border Collie.

Abbie is a Veterinary Technician and Social Media Manager who enjoys assisting in surgeries, taking radiographs, and helping anxious pets feel at ease. She began her career in veterinary medicine as a receptionist in 2021 and quickly worked her way into a technical role. Abbie has a particular skill for placing catheters and capturing high-quality X-rays. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, painting, walking, and playing video games. She has a long-haired cat named Mika who loves to play fetch.

Breanne is a Veterinary Technician who is passionate about educating pet owners and helping animals live healthier lives. She began her career through an internship in high school and has been working as a technician since 2017. Breanne has a special interest in bloodwork, allergy management, and surgical support. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, reading, and watching horror movies. She has two Dalmatians, Freddy and Ripley, and a cat named Cheese.

Andie is a Veterinary Technician who enjoys working closely with animals and educating clients about their pets’ health. She transitioned into veterinary medicine from the food industry after discovering a passion for animal care and has grown within the field since starting as a receptionist. Andie particularly enjoys dental procedures, assisting with extractions, and supporting surgical cases. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, camping, and spending time outdoors with loved ones. She has a sweet and affectionate black cat named Bella.

Rachel holds an Associate’s degree in Animal Science from BYU-Idaho and serves as both Inventory Manager and Veterinary Technician. She enjoys combining organization with patient care while building trust with clients and their pets. Rachel has a strong passion for feline medicine and excels at helping even the most nervous cats feel comfortable. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing games, and spending time outdoors. She has two cats, Buddy and Mini, who keep her entertained.

Jordan is a Veterinary Technician who has been part of the team for over 12 years. She enjoys working with animals and has a special interest in caring for pets with allergies and ear infections. Jordan loves building connections with her patients and making them feel comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, playing video games, and relaxing with her dog. She has a small Jack Russell Terrier/Maltese mix named Cozi who loves to cuddle.
